The Website and coaching services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using this Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Life Coaching Services

Nature of Coaching Services

Life coaching is a professional service focused on personal development, goal-setting, and accountability. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Coaching is a collaborative process where the client is responsible for taking action on the insights and strategies discussed during sessions.
Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Booking and Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No session is confirmed without payment.
We accept payments via Wix Payments and other third-party payment processors.
Coaching fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy (see Section 2.3).

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice via our online system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of emergency.
No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law (e.g., concerns of self-harm or harm to others).
We follow professional ethical guidelines to maintain a safe and trusting coaching environment.

3. Website Use & Content

Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Inner Wisdom Coaching, LLC and is protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from this Website without written permission.
